• Verification badges confirm document review — not skill, insurance, or regulatory compliance.
• A verified account may still fail to deliver as agreed.
• Ecovira Global does not pre-screen work quality or vouch for any participant.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence before releasing funds or awarding work.

2. Payment and financial risk

• Payment facilitation uses third-party providers (Stripe, NOWPayments where active). Platform outages or third-party failures may temporarily prevent funding or release.
• Coordination fees are non-refundable after milestone release.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to network volatility — crypto payment facilitation carries additional risk over fiat.
• Cross-border transactions may be subject to currency risk, bank fees, or international transfer delays not controlled by this platform.
• Payment facilitation is not a bank deposit or insured financial product — funds held per provider terms are not protected by government deposit insurance schemes.

3. Legal and regulatory risk

• Employment law, contractor classification, tax obligations, and licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction and are the participant's sole responsibility.
• The platform does not provide legal, immigration, or regulatory compliance advice.
• Using the platform does not create any legal employment or agency relationship with Ecovira Global.
• Ongoing and recurring engagements may trigger employment law thresholds in some jurisdictions — seek independent legal advice before entering long-term arrangements.

4. Construction and physical work risk

For physical work engagements (construction, trades, on-site services):

• Participants are responsible for their own work health and safety compliance.
• Verification does not confirm trade licences, site safety compliance, or insurance.
• Platform milestone records do not substitute for physical inspection, sign-off, or statutory approvals.

5. Technology and platform risk

• Beta features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• Platform data is stored securely but no system is breach-proof — participants should not store sensitive information beyond what is required for coordination.
• AI-assistive features are advisory only — they do not make decisions, approve payments, or guarantee accuracy.

6. Your responsibility

By using WorkVira Nexus, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, have sought independent advice where appropriate, and accept responsibility for your own decisions within the platform.
