We monetize coordination value — not attention, desperation, or pay-to-participate mechanics.

Professional subscriptions (Pro)

An optional Pro plan adds operational multipliers — insights, alerts, templates, and analytics. Provider Pro is an operational multiplier (insights, templates, analytics) — not a gate, rank boost, or fee discount. Pro does not change coordination fees, offer order, or early-only job visibility. See Pricing.

Coordination fee (optional escrow)

A 5% Core coordination fee applies by default when you fund escrow. When you fund through optional payment facilitation, the coordination fee is shown before checkout and deducted from the professional payout — not added as a surprise line for the business. The business pays the agreed total at checkout. The professional receives the remainder after the coordination fee. On release, funds route to the professional through regulated payment providers; the coordination fee supports infrastructure — not ranking or attention. No fee to browse jobs, submit offers, or message — only optional payment facilitation carries the published coordination rate.

Rates follow published rules from contract context (value, category, cross-border, payment structure). Rates above Core require admin approval before they apply; you always see the tier and percentage before funding. No surge pricing, hidden fluctuations, or pay-to-bid mechanics. Any AI assistance is advisory only — it never silently changes your fee.

• Protected (6–8%)

  Milestones, elevated dispute exposure, or moderate complexity.

• Managed (8–12%)

  Ongoing or multi-party engagements with sustained coordination load.

• Enterprise (Custom)

  Commercial terms set with your account team — never auto-applied.

Subscriptions (infrastructure, not gates)

Provider Pro — about $19 AUD/month equivalent (operational multiplier; does not change coordination fees). Business Pro — about $49 AUD/month (coming soon; team coordination tools). Enterprise is custom — see Pricing.

Currency & payment rails

Listing currencies: AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, TRY. Card escrow (Stripe) supports all listing currencies including TRY. Turkish lira (TRY) funds through card escrow (Stripe) only — crypto-compatible checkout (NOWPayments) is not available for TRY. Crypto-compatible fiat invoices (NOWPayments) support AUD, USD, EUR, GBP when enabled on your deployment.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees (for example around 10% of project value) may apply when work is cancelled after award, depending on who initiated, timing, and documented reason. See Cancellation policy.

Optional activation fees

One-time activation fees for certain vertical profiles may exist in configuration; by default they are disabled unless your deployment enables them.
