5. Complete — Mark completion when delivery matches the agreed brief; commercial release follows the path you agreed—on-platform rails or bilateral terms.

For professionals

1. Complete your profile — Minimum fields unlock access; richer verification strengthens trust and positioning.
2. Find Work — Review mandates that match your craft, geography, and mode of work.
3. Submit one structured offer — Price, message, and terms in a single deliberate response per opportunity window.
4. Get awarded — When a business accepts your offer, the assignment is explicit; expectations remain legible.
5. Deliver and reconcile — Execute against the brief; payment handling follows what you agreed with the business, including optional use of platform payment rails where available.

Profile depth & verification

Starter — Minimum required fields to operate (identity, location, and for professionals: skills, work mode, travel range). Sufficient to participate with integrity.

Verified — Optional elevation: additional evidence, biography, and credentials where offered. Supports stronger trust signals and badge display where the product exposes them.
