WorkVira Nexus — powered by Ecovira Global
These terms describe how payment facilitation, coordination fees, and staged release work within WorkVira Nexus. Published fees and percentages are the authoritative source at Fees.
Last updated: 5/28/2026 — Template for legal review.
WorkVira Nexus offers optional coordination-hold payment facilitation through regulated third-party providers (currently Stripe Connect and, where enabled, NOWPayments). Funds are held per those providers' terms until release conditions between client and professional are met.
This is not a bank deposit, trust account, statutory escrow service, or stored-value wallet. Ecovira Global is not a financial institution or licensed escrow agent. Participants may also settle directly off-platform at their own discretion and risk.
A coordination fee applies when payment facilitation is used. The fee is a percentage of the funded amount, deducted before the provider payout. Current rates are published at fees.
The coordination fee tier applied depends on the job type, value, and coordination complexity. The applicable tier is shown in the payment facilitation interface before funding. Fees are non-refundable once a milestone is released.
For jobs with milestones, funds may be held in a coordination hold and released progressively. Each release:
Contracts may include an auto-release window (typically 7–14 days after job completion). If the client has not confirmed release or raised a dispute within that window, the platform may release automatically per the published workflow. Auto-release settings are shown at contract creation.
A coordination hold may block payout in certain circumstances: active dispute, admin review, Stripe Connect payout-readiness check, or platform risk flag. Hold reasons are communicated where possible. Contactecoviranalytics35@gmail.com for hold queries.
A Pro subscription provides access to additional coordination features but does not reduce or waive coordination fees. Fees and subscriptions are independent. Published rates at fees are the authoritative source.
See the Refund Policy for full details. In brief: coordination fees are non-refundable after milestone release; unfunded contracts may be cancelled; admin-approved refunds may apply in certain dispute outcomes.
Each participant is solely responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes (GST, VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) arising from their use of the platform. Ecovira Global does not withhold, calculate, or provide tax advice. Coordination fee receipts are available in the payment dashboard.
Payment facilitation features are in beta. Subscription enforcement is currently deferred (seeTerms). Live payment flows are available in test mode; live production payments require environment confirmation. Features may change.
