Every account must satisfy baseline fields required to Post Work or Find Work responsibly (identity, location; for professionals: skills, work mode, travel range). This is operational completeness—not a character endorsement.
Elevated verification
Where the product offers it, you may add credentials, portfolio material, biography, and evidence suitable for your sector. Review outcomes may unlock badges or visibility rules that the deployment configures.
What badges do not mean
Badges and labels reflect information supplied and checks performed in the product. They do not warrant future performance, regulatory licensure (unless explicitly stated for a given programme), or fitness for a specific high-risk use case.
