Refund policy

Free trial

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access as described at signup.
• No charge during the trial window.
• You may leave before the trial ends with no payment obligation for continuation.

One-off continuation fee

After the trial, a one-off continuation fee may be required to retain access under the product plan you select. It is charged only after the trial has ended and access is continued. Once paid, it is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Job payments & platform fees

Payments for delivered work are primarily agreed between the business and the professional. WorkVira Nexus may offer optional on-platform rails; their use is not mandatory where parties settle bilaterally.

Coordination fees on optional escrow apply only when you fund escrow: When you fund through optional payment facilitation, the coordination fee is shown before checkout and deducted from the professional payout — not added as a surprise line for the business. Authoritative rates are on Fees. Fees are reviewed case-by-case if you believe one was assessed in error. WorkVira Nexus is not automatically liable for job outcomes or bilateral payment disputes.
