1. What WorkVira Nexus is

WorkVira Nexus is an intermediary platform that connects businesses and professionals for commissioned work. It provides structured tools (including Post Work and Find Work), messaging, and optional payment rails. It does not employ either party and does not guarantee work quality, timeliness, or commercial outcome.

2. Roles & dual posture

A single account may act as a business, a professional, or both, subject to product controls. Posting work and applying to work respect your active role context in the product. You must not misrepresent capacity or identity to evade fees, limits, or verification.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Accurate profiles, listings, offers, and credentials
• Compliance with applicable laws, tax, safety, and sector rules in your jurisdiction
• Vetting counterparties to the extent your risk requires—WorkVira Nexus surfaces process, not a substitute for your diligence
• Good-faith attempt to resolve disputes with the other party before escalation where reasonable

4. No employment relationship

Nothing in WorkVira Nexus creates employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and Ecovira Global, or between you and other participants. Engagements are directly between businesses and professionals unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. Prohibited activities

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading Post Work listings or offers
• Spam, harassment, or abuse of people or systems
• Circumvention of award, fee, or verification rules where the product defines them
• Use of the platform in violation of export control, sanctions, or applicable criminal law

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecovira Global and WorkVira Nexus are not liable for work quality, delivery timelines, disputes between participants, financial losses, or safety incidents arising from engagements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

Trials, continuation fees, platform fees, cancellations, and dispute handling are described in the Refund policy, Fees, and related pages. Privacy handling is set out in the Privacy policy.
