This policy describes how disputes are handled on WorkVira Nexus when parties disagree about a coordination outcome, payment, or milestone release.
Last updated: 5/28/2026 — Template for legal review.
WorkVira Nexus provides a structured dispute pathway for coordination engagements where payment facilitation is in use. The platform acts as a neutral record-keeper and operational facilitator — not as a judge, arbitrator, or legal authority.
For disputes not involving on-platform payment facilitation, parties must resolve directly. The platform may record the outcome if both parties consent.
A dispute may be raised when:
Do not raise a dispute as a negotiating tactic or before making good-faith contact with the other party. Abuse of the dispute pathway is a violation ofPlatform Rules.
Platform coordination records — messages, milestone logs, audit trail, file uploads — form the evidentiary basis for admin review. External communications not recorded on the platform cannot be verified.
Parties may submit additional evidence (screenshots, documents, correspondence) via the support channel during the review period.
If a client initiates a chargeback with their bank or card provider, the platform will cooperate with Stripe's dispute process and provide coordination records as evidence. Chargeback abuse (initiating a chargeback for work that was completed and released in good faith) is a platform rules violation.
Ecovira Global's role in dispute resolution is operational facilitation — not legal arbitration or guarantee of outcome. We do not guarantee recovery of funds in all circumstances. Parties retain their own legal rights for breach of contract, fraud, and other claims independent of this process.
To raise a dispute, use the payment facilitation screen. For queries about a dispute in progress:ecoviranalytics35@gmail.com
