Platform Participation Rules

1. Platform role

WorkVira Nexus operates as a coordination facilitator — a structured technology layer between businesses and professionals. Ecovira Global is not your employer, general contractor, employment agency (unless separately licensed), licensed recruiter, financial advisor, or legal advisor. All engagements are directly between participants; the platform provides the rails, records, and coordination tooling.

2. Who may participate

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to enter binding agreements.
• You must not be subject to trade sanctions, export controls, or other prohibitions preventing you from entering commercial agreements.
• Business accounts must represent a lawfully operating entity in their stated jurisdiction.
• Each natural person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended at admin discretion.

3. Participation standards

All participants must:

• Represent themselves, their skills, and their business honestly.
• Respond to offers, invites, and coordination requests in good faith.
• Follow communication norms: professional, purposeful, non-harassing.
• Comply with all applicable laws — employment, tax, licensing, health and safety — relevant to their activities.
• Not misuse platform tools to circumvent fees, verification, or governance rules.
• Treat counterparts with respect regardless of outcome.

4. What is not allowed

• Fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated work briefs, offers, credentials, or reviews.
• Spam: mass outreach, template blasts, or repeated low-effort messages.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abuse toward any participant or staff.
• Circumvention of the award, offer, or coordination system to avoid platform records or fees.
• Impersonation of another person, business, or Ecovira staff.
• Use of the platform to facilitate undisclosed sub-contracting or labour hire without proper disclosure.
• Posting work or offers for prohibited activities — illegal, regulated without disclosure, or in violation of sanctions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or compromise platform systems.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Ecovira operations may review any content or account at any time. Outcomes include: warning, temporary restriction, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban — proportionate to severity and history. Appeals may be submitted to ecoviranalytics35@gmail.com.

High-value listings and certain coordination types (construction, corporate, managed project) are subject to admin review before becoming visible to the network.

6. Verification and trust

Verification badges confirm that documents were reviewed by platform operations — they are not a guarantee of skill, licensing, insurance, or regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Participants remain responsible for their own due diligence.

Certain coordination types require business verification or admin-reviewed status before posting is permitted. These thresholds exist to protect all parties and the platform's operational integrity.

7. Beta-specific notice

WorkVira Nexus is currently in early-access / beta. Some features — including subscription enforcement, live payments, and enterprise coordination tiers — are under active development. Beta participants accept that features may change, rules may be updated, and the platform may be taken offline for maintenance without notice.

8. Changes to these rules

Material changes to participation rules will be communicated via the platform with reasonable notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
