How cancellations and withdrawals are treated after Post Work, offers, and award—so businesses and professionals share the same clear expectations.
Cancellation by the business
A business may withdraw or cancel a listing before award without penalty to professionals who have not yet been assigned. After award, cancellation may carry fees or strike logic depending on timing, notice, and who initiated—see Fees for the economic pattern.
Withdrawal by the professional
Professionals may withdraw an offer before award without penalty. After award, stepping away may attract cancellation fees, account strikes, or suspension where repetition or bad faith is evidenced.
No-show
Failing to attend or perform an awarded engagement without adequate prior notice is treated seriously: strikes, suspension, or removal may apply in line with review.
