How to open a matter
Include the job or account reference, parties involved, timeline, and a concise factual summary. Attach evidence where available (messages, deliverables, agreed terms). This allows review without repeated back-and-forth.
Common categories
- No-show / abandonment — Scheduled engagement did not proceed as agreed.
- Delivery quality — Material mismatch against an explicit brief or stated standard.
- Commercial / release — Disagreement on payment timing, method, or documented platform fee.
- Conduct — Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of the communication channels.
- Misrepresentation — Listing, profile, or offer materially misstates scope or identity.
- Other — Matters not captured above but material to safe use of WorkVira Nexus.
Resolution approach
Ecovira Global reviews submissions against published policies. Steps may include clarification requests, mediation between business and professional, fee adjustments where policy allows, or account measures where conduct or fraud risk warrants it.
