Community guidelines
Expectations for businesses and professionals using WorkVira Nexus: professional conduct, accurate representation, and respect for the structured flow (Post Work, Find Work, controlled offers).
Respectful communication
Interactions must remain professional. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behaviour may result in warnings, suspension, or removal—applied with documentation, not impulse.
Accurate information
Profiles, credentials, and work listings must be truthful and materially complete. Misrepresentation undermines alignment for everyone and may trigger enforcement.
Enforcement ladder
Violations may be addressed with increasing seriousness, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of access—depending on severity, repetition, and risk to other participants.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent or materially misleading Post Work listings
- No-shows or abandonment after award without timely notice
- Payment scams, fee evasion, or coercion
- Circumventing award or fee rules (e.g. soliciting off-platform bypass before assignment where the product forbids it)
- Spam, bulk unsolicited contact, or harassment
Reporting
Use in-product reporting where available, dashboard Help, or email via Contact. Reports are reviewed against these guidelines and applicable policy.
